What this site is
A public-facts locator for water-damage exclusive restoration companies: extraction, structural drying, and related mitigation. Mold and fire appear only when the company’s own page lists them. It is not a broker, not a dispatcher, and not an insurance adjuster.
How companies are selected
Listings come from businesses whose own public pages say they do water-damage / flood mitigation, and that publish a usable street address and phone on those pages. Independents and franchises can both appear when those facts are on the location page we checked. Franchises without a published local street address on their own location page are skipped.
We do not invent company names, phones, hours, ratings, fees, or response times. If a fact is not on a public source page we reviewed, it is not added as a claim on this site.
What “last verified” means
Each city page shows a last-verified date. That is when we last checked the listed companies’ public source pages for the facts shown (name, address, phone, and related published notes). Hours, coverage, and credentials change. Always call ahead and confirm with the company.
Corrections
If a phone, address, hours line, or source URL is wrong, use Report correction. Prefer a link to the company’s current public page that shows the corrected fact. Owners can also use Submit a company when a qualifying restoration business is missing from a live city directory.
